What is the vacate procedure?
10 day written notice required, sweep unit clean, and complete vacate form issued during move-in.
Why won't the gate open?
Make certain you enter the "*" key after you enter your security code. If you continue to have problems, it could be an issue with the gate or your account may be past due, contact the manager.
What are my payment options?
In our office you can pay by credit card, cash, or check. Additional payment options include website payments or automatic payment plans that debit your credit card on your due date automatically.
What temperature do you keep the temperature-controlled buildings?
We keep our temperature controlled units regulated so the temperature does not exceed 82 degrees or fall below 65 degrees.
Do you have car/boat/RV storage?
YES! Our facility offers secure lit and video recorded outside parking spaces for automobiles, trucks, boats, and RVs.
What are your office hours?
Our stores are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturday from 8am to 8pm. The office is closed on Sunday
What are your access hours?
Our gate hours are 6:00AM to 7:00PM 7 days a week
